Reserves of deposits for limestone are 50 million tons, for clay — 8 million tons.
It is customary to refer to limestone rocks with a calcite content of at least 50%.
By chemical composition:
Limestone:
CaO — 55.31%, with LDB (loss during buring) — 43.66%, respectively, in the remainder (56.34%) CaO is 98%;
MgO — no more than 0.33%;
SiO2 — no more than 0.35%;
Clay:
Alumina Al2 O3 increasing the technological properties of raw materials 11-15.61%;
The content of silica SiO2 ranges from 40 to 57%;
The presence of calcium and magnesium in terms of their oxides (CaO 11% + MgO 6%) reaches 14%;
Iron oxides (6%) found in clay in the form of Fe2 O3 oxide and Fe(OH)3 hydroxide and manganese oxides MnO2 0.2%. They improve the sinterability of products and give them color.
TiO2 – 0,7%.
Mining is carried out at our own borrow pits located 5 km from the production base. Customers can always check the reliability of the supplier for the quality of raw materials, a full closed production cycle.
